Full-timeDescriptionOur service team is looking for a Copier / Printer Onsite Support Associate for our DFW office to provide on-site, first-level technical support for multifunction copiers and printers. This role focuses on basic remedial and preventative maintenance to keep devices running efficiently, clean, and properly supplied. As the front-line support representative, this associate resolves common issues, assists end users, and escalates more complex service needs to certified technicians when appropriate.Our team is dedicated to providing reliable and efficient technology services, ensuring smooth operations for our clients and we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and technical solutions to businesses of all sizes.

First-Level Remedial Support
- Respond to common copier and printer issues such as paper jams, error codes, print quality concerns, and basic mechanical issues
- Perform toner and consumable replacement (toner, waste toner bottles, staples, etc.)
- Clear misfeeds and perform basic device resets
- Conduct visual inspections to identify potential issues before failure
Preventative Maintenance
- Perform routine cleaning of devices (glass, rollers, trays, external surfaces)
- Monitor device condition and usage to help prevent downtime
- Ensure devices are operating within manufacturer guidelines
Consumables & Supplies Management
- Monitor toner and supply levels
- Replace consumables as needed and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained
- Report supply usage trends or abnormalities
Customer & Site Support
- Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for copier and printer support
- Provide basic user assistance and education as needed
- Communicate clearly with end users regarding issue status and resolution
Service Coordination & Escalation
- Accurately document service activity and actions taken
- Escalate unresolved or advanced technical issues to field service technicians
- Assist technicians during escalated service calls when requested
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires journeyman level technical knowledge typically gained through completion of technical school and 2+ years of related experience.
- Requires a valid state driver’s license and minimum level of auto insurance coverage per KOS policy for positions entailing extensive use of personal car while on company business. Company vehicle(s) are available for eligible employees.
