We are hiring a hands-on Platform Brand and Growth Marketing Lead to own the 90 Seconds brand and drive brand marketing for the 90 Seconds platform.
This role owns the brand voice and narrative across video, imagery, and written content. Video is a core medium, but not the only one. You will work closely with founders to shape a clear point of view, then express it through product stories, customer stories, product marketing content, and thought leadership using AI-first workflows.This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the CEO, with dotted lines to VP Regional Revenue Leaders, VP Product, and Head of Marketing.

WHAT YOU’LL LOVE DOING


  • Brand, Voice, and Narrative
  • Own the 90 Seconds brand narrative, voice, and positioning globally.
  • Shape and amplify a clear point of view with founders, then make it repeatable across video, imagery, copy, and campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency of voice across product marketing, thought leadership, and brand touchpoints.
  • Content Creation - Video, Imagery, and Copy, AI First
  • Personally create key content across video, imagery, and copy that sets the bar for quality and clarity.
  • Write and shape product stories, customer stories, and product marketing content that clearly explains the platform and its value.
  • Build thought leadership content that reinforces brand authority and category understanding.
  • Use AI to accelerate ideation, drafting, editing, repurposing, and distribution across formats and channels.
  • Treat video, imagery, and written content as complementary, with AI used to connect and scale all three.
  • Alignment and Impact
  • Work closely with Revenue and Product to align brand and messaging with real buyer needs and platform reality.
  • Maintain strong commercial awareness without owning a direct revenue number.

  • A clear, differentiated brand voice expressed through video, imagery, and written content.
  • Strong, consistent product and brand storytelling, plus thought leadership that resonates with enterprise and midmarket buyers.
  • Content that clearly explains the platform, its value, and why it wins.
  • Measurable increases in inbound lead generation, conversion, and customer retention.
  • High trust and alignment across sales, product, and leadership.

WHO YOU ARE


  • Experience marketing a SaaS platform or app.
  • Strong across video storytelling, imagery, and written narrative.
  • Experience in or close to the video creation industry.
  • AI-forward, commercially aware, and comfortable operating autonomously.
  • 3 to 6+ years experience in platform, product, or growth marketing roles.
