Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct research, collect, and interpret business requirements to support process improvements and reporting needs
  • Participate in the development and review of processes, procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting
  • Assist in obtaining and documenting business requirements necessary to carry out and improve applicable business processes
  • Develop and maintain all applicable policy and procedure documentation, including IT application documentation, system specifications, and test plans, in accordance with established standards and methodologies
  • Support the development, analysis, and distribution of relevant reporting for stakeholders
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure alignment between process documentation, reporting, and system functionality
  • Provide input on prioritization, decision-making, and business process improvements

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS (Non-Negotiable)


  • 2–4 years of experience in Business Analysis or related role
  • Strong understanding of business processes, workflow analysis, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics, business needs assessment, and decision-making frameworks
  • Experience developing policy, procedure, and system documentation
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage reporting requirements, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
