In this role, you will oversee program execution, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure our robotic AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of robotics innovation and to contribute directly to the success of a rapidly scaling startup.

What You’ll Do


  • Drive major programs from concept through customer deployment ensuring scope, timelines, and dependencies are aligned across functions.
  • Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and dependencies between Product, Operations and Engineering, translating technical requirements into operational workflows and ensuring feedback loops between both groups remain tight and effective.
  • Develop and maintain integrated program schedules with clear milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate structured change management for product updates, new feature releases, and changing customer priorities that impact engineering roadmaps.
  • Assess upstream and downstream impacts of changes and ensure teams are resourced and informed before execution.
  • Run regular cross-functional program reviews to track progress, surface risks, and drive decision-making.
  • Maintain clear visibility into program status for executives and stakeholders.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement identifying recurring friction points between teams and implement processes to reduce rework and missed handoffs.
  • Champion process improvements that standardize workflows, streamline collaboration, and enable the organization to scale effectively

Who You Are


  • 7+ years of program or technical project management experience in complex hardware/software environments, with demonstrated ownership of multiple end-to-end product or system launches spanning engineering, manufacturing, and deployment.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary programs with competing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of product development, engineering, manufacturing, and deployment lifecycles.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience implementing or improving cross-functional program management and change management processes.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus, but not required.
