If you thrive in environments where you can take ownership, build relationships, and grow your influence, this is a great fit.What You’ll Do:Help Lead UX Initiatives Across Product Lines• Work with UX leaders on projects that span multiple products and teams.•Take a proactive and collaborative approach to help define requirements and outcomes.• Bring clarity to complex programs,makingsure key tasks and milestones stay on trackby organizing goals, timelines, anddrivingcommunication.• Build strong partnerships with UX, Product, R&Dand others.•Spot cross-team gaps and help close them before they become bigger issues.Plan, Coordinate, and Deliver• Manage timelines, plans, risks, and dependencies for UX and product initiatives.• Help run meetings, checkpoints,reviews, and cross-functional syncs.• Help Product and UX teams refine planning, prioritization, and communication processes.• Bring structure and calm to fast-moving projects.You’ll Be GreatinThis Role If You…• Are organized, thoughtful, and good at bringing clarity to complex situations.• Enjoy connecting people and making sure everyone is aligned.• Feel comfortable juggling multiple tasks and keeping things moving even when there are unknowns.• Are curious about how UX, Product, and Engineering work together.• Aren’t afraid to ask questions, raise risks, or improve a process if it’s not working.• Have a mindset centered on collaboration, humility, and continuous improvement.Qualifications:•4+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related roles in a software or tech company•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.•Exceptionally well-organized, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, plan and track timelines and deliverables, and develop effective monitoring systems to ensure project success•Strong collaborator and team player with the ability to work effectively in a matrixed organizationNice to Have:•Exposure to UX processes or design teams.•Understanding of softwaredesign and development processesin anAgile or scrumenvironment.•Experience running meetings,taking actionnotes, or coordinating multiple workstreams.•Any project or program certification (PMP, CSM, etc.) is a bonus.
