•Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.•Demonstrated knowledge of trimming/drying and other postharvest tasks.•Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.•Ability to adapt to changing conditions and solve problems.•Passionate about the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.
