Position Summary:
StrataTech Education Group is seeking an exceptional Manager of Reentry Admissions to lead one of the most meaningful and mission-driven functions in our organization. This role is not just about admissions it’s about second chances, renewed purpose, and helping students finish what they started. In this position, you will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and performance accountability for the Reentry Admissions Specialist team. You will drive re-enrollment outcomes by coaching people, refining processes, and managing performance metrics that support successful engagement with students who were previously enrolled but withdrew due to life circumstances.

The Manager of Reentry Admissions ensures consistent execution of reentry and reinstatement strategies, closely monitors daily, weekly, and long-term performance indicators, and coaches representatives to excellence.

This role partners cross-functionally with campus leadership, Student Financial Services, Education, and Student Services to remove barriers and create clear, supported pathways back to enrollment. If you are energized by leading people, driving results, and changing lives this role is for you.Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Management· Provide direct leadership, coaching, and development to Re-Entry Specialists.· Serve as a dotted-line leader and primary liaison for Re-Entry Specialists across campuses or regions.· Set clear expectations for activity, quality, and outcomes aligned with institutional goals.· Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing coaching for new and existing Re-Entry Specialists.· Foster a student-centered, empathetic, and results-driven culture within the team.· Attend weekly campus re-entry meetings.Performance Management & Metrics· Own and manage re-entry performance metrics, including but not limited to:o Daily dials and outreach activityo Meaningful conversations conductedo Conversion rates from conversation to re-enrollment- re-enrollment to starto Monthly, quarterly, and annual re-entry goals· Analyze trends and performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, and corrective actions.· Establish action plans to improve productivity, quality of engagement, and conversion outcomes.· Partner with Director of Admissions to hold representatives accountable through structured monthly coaching, performance reviews, and improvement plans as needed.Strategy & Process Optimization· Develop and refine re-entry strategies to maximize student re-engagement and retention.· Ensure consistent execution of outreach, follow-up, and documentation standards.· Partner with Admissions, Student Services, Financial Services, Faculty, and Campus Leadership to address student barriers to re-entry.· Identify process improvements that streamline the re-entry experience for students and staff.Travel & On-Site Support· Travel approximately 20–25% as needed to support:o Onboarding and training of new Re-Entry Specialistso In-person coaching and performance supporto Campus collaboration and alignment· Provide hands-on leadership presence to reinforce expectations and best practices.Communication & Reporting· Provide regular performance updates and insights to the AVP of Admissions.· Prepare and present re-entry performance summaries at monthly, quarterly, and annual intervals.· Act as a communication bridge between leadership and frontline Re-Entry Specialists.Education and Experience:· High School diploma or GED minimum with related field experience.· Can-do and whatever-it-takes attitude· Ability to work individually and within a group· Excellent written and communication skills· Established customer service background· Ability to Analyze trends and performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, and corrective actions.Physical Environment:· Work can be performed in a variety of settings, from temperature-controlled office environments to outdoor areas exposed to the elements· Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal· Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment· Stooping, bending twisting, and reaching may be required· Some work may be completed in a remote or onsite locationOther Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
