This involves reviewing claims decisions made by the Operations team and identifying areas of improvement in our claims adjudication process.
Ensuring accurate and efficient claims adjudication is at the forefront of Safe-Guard’s priorities and this role will be instrumental in helping the company reach financial objectives. Given the importance of this role, the chosen individual will have visibility with executive management across the company.Job Responsibilities:
- Perform VSC claim audits to ensure quality adjudication.
- Identify areas where Safe-Guard can improve adjudication practices.
- Provide feedback to claims adjustors and supervisors.
- Monitor performance of loss mitigation initiatives.
- Assist Director of Claims Analytics and Loss Mitigation in investigating suspicious dealership behavior.
- Participates in all training as required to perform the duties of the role.
- Takes initiative to resolve an issue rather than allow an issue to continue.

- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of three years of experience within Automotive Service Industry required.
- Must have strong computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot and service policy issues.
- Must be proficient in Windows and MS-Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Superior verbal/written skills and communications skills.
- High attention to detail, good punctuation, spelling, mathematical, grammar, analyze complex-detailed reports
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check.
Preferences:
- Experience in insurance claims, risk management, or auditing.
- Experience within Automotive Industry preferred
- College degree
