STRS Ohio is seeking a Real Estate Property Coordinator to join the Investment/Real Estate Administration/Real Estate Accounting team. Compensation:
$30.20 - $33.97/ hr.

8:00am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (Onsite)
General Summary:
Under the direction of the manager, Real Estate Financial Operations, coordinate the lease approval and documentation process for the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio’s (STRS Ohio) real estate portfolio.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Administer the commercial leasing process for STRS Ohio properties. Review lease documents and verify the accuracy of lease billing and dates in the real estate property management accounting system. Route leases for execution and maintain documents in SharePoint. Input and review the accuracy of property leasing budgets.
- Conduct lease processing training, including STRS Ohio lease forms and reporting procedures for capital expenditures and contracts with property managers and STRS Ohio real estate associates.
- Administer capital expenditure and contract approval forms for STRS Ohio properties.
- Prepare and review monthly and quarterly real estate reports for property leasing activity, occupancy, and tenant insurance tracking.
- Manage property manager user access in the property management accounting and treasury management software.

Summary of Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to read, analyze and respond to business correspondence; understand and analyze basic real estate leasing reports, including property-level operating budgets.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external contacts required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail required.
