OVERVIEW


Orange Barrel Media is seeking a detail-oriented Digital Asset Scheduler to support the review, coordination, and posting of ads across our national network of digital displays. This role is responsible for ensuring campaigns are accurately reviewed, properly formatted, optimized, and scheduled according to campaign requirements and timelines.As part of the Client and Creative Services team, the Digital Asset Scheduler works closely with Sales and internal partners to manage large volumes of campaign data, maintain accuracy, and prevent errors before ads go live.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail are essential. Must be comfortable working within large data sets and multiple systems. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Schedule a high volume of digital files across multiple platforms, prioritizing workflow based on run dates and files received.
  • Review digital files for compliance with asset specifications using Adobe Creative Suite as well as providing client feedback if files are not to spec.
  • Interpret and apply posting instructions to carry out postings accurately, ensuring all requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Work with operations and or technology teams when encountering software and hardware issues related to scheduling.
  • Communicate with remote property contacts and city partners to support scheduled content.
  • Ensure clear communication across clients, sales, and vendors for scheduled content delivery.
  • Perform final checks to ensure ads are accurately scheduled in Airtable to enable timely Proof of Performance (POP) photography.
  • Coordinate information from relevant stakeholders to create accurate digital spec sheets and manage updates as needed.

  • Proven ability to work effectively alongside high-performing, fast-paced sales teams in an internal support capacity.
  • Comfortable working within repeatable workflows and high volumes of tasks.
  • Service-minded and customer-focused, understanding this is an internal service function that also interfaces with external clients, often in partnership with sales as the intermediary.
  • Adaptable and open to process change, with the flexibility to adjust workflows as the company scales and systems evolve.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, taking initiative to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues rather than waiting for problems to surface.
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator.

PROGRAMS


  • Familiarity with Airtable, Asana, or similar project management systems
  • Proficient on both Mac and PC platforms
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop and After Effects

  • Familiarity with content scheduling or ad serving platforms used to manage, publish, and monitor digital campaigns across multiple systems
