Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Senior IT M&A Analyst to join their dynamic team. This position requires frequent domestic travel (50%–60%) and possible international travel.The Senior IT M&A Analyst plays a key role within the IT M&A Integration team, reporting directly to the Director of IT M&A Integration. This position is responsible for supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions by analyzing incoming firm data, modifying integration playbooks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a smooth transition for acquired entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Request List Analysis: Analyze and parse data submitted by incoming firms. Make necessary modifications to the integration playbook to accommodate each transaction.
- Playbook Management: Continuously update and adapt the integration playbook as needed for each deal.
- Budgeting: Complete budget spreadsheets for each deal using established templates, covering all phases through Letter of Intent (LOI).
- Committed Spend Tracking: Prepare committed spend spreadsheets for each deal, leveraging information provided by the incoming firm.
- Contract Review: Identify contracts that must be maintained for day one integration, and determine which can be cancelled or should not be renewed.
- On-Site Assessment: Conduct site visits during the diligence phase to review infrastructure, work areas, and physical security.
- Hypercare Support: Provide specialized, high-touch support to incoming team members for up to three weeks post-integration.
- Transition Communication: Clearly communicate how incoming firms will access legacy systems and new platforms.
- Vendor Coordination: Work with vendors to order office equipment and schedule “smart hands” support as needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead retrospectives after each integration to identify and track areas for improvement.
- Travel: This position requires frequent travel (50–60%).
- IT Integration Coordination: Collaborate with the Infrastructure team on network hardware, email migration, and Office 365 tenant transitions.
- End User Services Coordination: Work with the End User Services team on laptop delivery, MS Teams room deployment, and secure printing.
- Security Coordination: Partner with the security team to conduct network scanning and penetration testing.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical experience in IT M&A integration or related fields.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- This position requires frequent domestic travel (50%–60%) and possible international travel.
