About the Role


We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing Consulting team in Riyadh. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career Saudi professionals who want to build a career in B2B sales while benefiting from structured training, mentorship, and a strong commission-based incentive plan.You will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and contributing directly to company revenue through sales performance.

Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, attending events, and in-person meetings;
  • Promote and sell training programs, consulting services, and HR solutions;
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings and introductory presentations;
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate service offerings;
  • Prepare quotations and assist in proposal development;
  • Actively follow up on leads to close deals and achieve monthly targets;
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline updates;
  • Support Management in key accounts and large opportunities;
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business;
  • Represent the company professionally in the Saudi market;

Targets & Commission Structure


  • Basic Salary as per the market and experience standards;
  • Clearly defined monthly and quarterly sales targets;
  • Attractive commission structure based on closed deals and revenue generated;
  • Commission paid on new business and repeat clients;
  • High performers will have accelerated growth in earnings and responsibilities;

Requirements


  • Saudi National (mandatory);
  • Eligible for Saudization and/or Tamheer Program Candidates;
  • 0–2 years of experience (or fresh graduate);
  • Interest in sales, business development, training, consulting, or HR services;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, Management, or related field;
  • Native in Arabic and strong speaking English skills;
  • Confident, motivated, and eager to learn;
  • Basic knowledge of Hubspot, MS Office and other CRM tools is a plus
