What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring a Director of Security to manage and implement information and physical security services for the organization.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize information security risks across systems, data, vendors, and products.
- Oversee the deployment, implementation and maintenance of security solutions, such as endpoint protection, cloud security, and threat detection systems
- Lead technical incident response efforts, including analyzing threats, correlating data, and communicating with stakeholders to mitigate damage
- Help develop and maintain security architecture, policies, and procedures to enhance the organization's security posture and compliance efforts
- Identify and manage physical security risks, including third-party, vendor, and facility security while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage incident response programs, including detection, containment, and remediation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Engage and cooperate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning exercises
- Champion a culture of security awareness across the organization
What We’re Looking For
·5+ years of cybersecurity experienceorecord of continuous improvement and an emphasis on a broad array of platforms and technologiesosystems administration or comparable experience, preferably including on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Direct experience with SOC 2 and/or ISO 27000 compliance frameworks
- Strong understanding of cloud security (AWS), data protection, identity management, and network security.
·Experience designing and operating enterprise security programs.·Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.·Hands-on experience with incident response, threat management, and security tools.
Preferred
·Experience in data-intensive or SaaS environments.·Knowledge of modern data platforms, including data mastering, lineage, governance, and AI risk management.·Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent.·Experience presenting to executive leadership
