Your Impact


As a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple markets, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier clinicians who align with our mission and values.

In this role, you will:


  • Proactively source physical, occupational, and speech therapy professionals within assigned state markets using a variety of methods

  • Build, maintain, and manage talent pipelines aligned to current and anticipated hiring needs
  • Review, screen, and interview both sourced and inbound applicants

  • Lead interview processes, extend offers, and manage negotiation conversations with confidence and professionalism.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for priority markets and hard-to-fill roles
  • Monitor market conditions, talent availability, and candidate response trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations related to sourcing strategy, hiring challenges, and competitive market dynamics
  • Maintain accurate documentation, activity tracking, and reporting within Greenhouse
  • Follow established recruiting best practices and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting and sourcing processes
  • Partner closely with market leadership to forecast hiring needs and provide insights.

What You Bring


  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience—healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing candidates outside the scope of typical channels.
  • A solutions-oriented mindset and a natural drive to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Comfort working autonomously while also contributing to a high-performing team.
  • A positive, energetic outlook and a genuine commitment to elevating the candidate experience.

Physical & Travel Requirements


  • Prolonged periods of desk and computer work.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • Willingness to travel for events or training as needed.
