What You’ll Do
- Assist customers via phone and email
- Provide accurate order support
- Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery
- Complete time-sensitive follow-ups
- Serve as an advocate for customers by resolving complex or escalated issues with thoughtful, customer-focused solutions
- Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and internal teams to ensure product issues are resolved efficiently

Job Requirements
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong computer proficiency — comfortable navigating multiple systems at once
- CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)

- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
- Prior experience in custom manufacturing is a plus, but not required
