Company Overview

Immunome is a clinical-stage targeted oncology company committed to developing first-in-class and best-in-class targeted cancer therapies. We are advancing an innovative portfolio of therapeutics, drawing on leadership that previously played key roles in the design, development, and commercialization of cutting-edge therapies, including antibody-drug conjugate therapies. Our pipeline includes varegacestat, a late-clinical stage GSI; IM-1021, a clinical-stage ROR1 ADC; and IM-3050, a FAP-targeted radiotherapy that recently received IND clearance.

We are also advancing a broad portfolio of early stage ADCs pursuing undisclosed solid tumor targets.

Position Overview

As a Research Associate III at Immunome, Inc., you will be a key contributor to our research and development initiatives, driving the optimization and delivery of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). In this role, you will design, produce, and characterize ADCs in support of program-specific objectives, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners. Your expertise in bioconjugation will provide critical insights that help advance our therapeutic pipeline and strengthen our scientific capabilities.

Responsibilities

Research Design and Execution

  • Generate high quality ADCs to enable advancement of named programs.
  • Evaluate innovative bioconjugation and linker technologies.
  • Assess developability of discovery stage ADCs.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan experiments aimed at advancing drug development projects.
  • Independently perform laboratory experiments in accordance with established protocols, maintaining the highest standards of scientific rigor, documentation, and data integrity.
  • Continuously optimize laboratory processes to improve workflow efficiency, reproducibility, and throughput.
  • Manage ADC inventory and coordinate delivery of samples to cross-functional partners.
  • Data Analysis and Interpretation:
  • Characterize biophysical properties of ADCs using various techniques, such as analytical SEC, HIC, PLRP, and LC-MS.
  • Interpret results and draw meaningful conclusions to guide decision-making.

Project Collaboration

  • Collaborate with colleagues from diverse scientific disciplines to achieve project goals.
  • Participate in project team meetings, providing expertise and insights to drive projects forward.

Continuous Learning and Development
