Job Description
We are seeking a QA Tester to ensure a stable, reliable, and effective integration of our client’s financial data with Workday. In this role, you will be responsible for validating inbound and outbound data exchange requirements and confirming that all test requirements are satisfied to maintain data integrity. You will also contribute to go-live readiness through comprehensive management of testing activities, defect tracking, and requirement traceability, facilitating a smooth deployment process.
Additionally, you will document newly implemented solutions and processes to enable effective knowledge transfer and support ongoing sustainability and modernization initiatives.
Role Responsibilities
- Test Strategy & Planning: Develop a comprehensive test strategy document that covers all data exchange scenarios, structured execution schedules, and specific test data requirements.
- Test Case Development: Create formal test plans and detailed test cases for all integrated systems.
- Execution Management: Manage and maintain the test execution schedule specifically for Workday integrations.
- Defect Lifecycle Management: Define and manage the full defect lifecycle—including tracking, validation, and retesting—within Azure DevOps.
- Reporting & Documentation: Produce a defect management plan summarizing encounter history, resolutions (resolved, deferred, or workaround), root cause analysis, and final sign-off summaries.
- Communication: Document and communicate all test results, project risks, and technical dependencies to the broader project team using Azure DevOps.
About the team
The Logic20/20 Digital Strategy & Transformation team applies design thinking and next-gen technologies to solve our clients' toughest business challenges. You will work side-by-side with architects, managers, and engineering consultants to gain a 360-degree perspective of the challenge at hand while contributing your unique perspective to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or related technical role.
- Experience developing and documenting comprehensive test strategies.
- Proven experience using Azure DevOps (or similar tools).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Prior experience with Workday is highly preferred.

At Logic20/20, we believe in recognizing and rewarding exceptional talent. Logic20/20 offers a competitive compensation package, with a target hourly pay range of
$50 - $55.
The final hourly rate offered is dependent on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
