  • Pay: $50,000–$70,000 base • $80,000–$100,000 On Target Earning (with Bonus Included)
  • Schedule: Flexible weekdays; lunches required; occasional evenings

What You’ll Do


  • Build referral relationships with personal injury attorneys
  • Set lunches, meetings, and introductions with the physician
  • Travel across DFW to visit law firms and clinics
  • Track daily visits, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
  • Maintain existing referral relationships
  • Reach out to out-of-market attorneys via phone or Zoom

Must-Haves


  • Experience in personal injury or pain management
  • Comfortable driving across DFW
  • Strong computer and admin skills
  • Organized daily tracking and follow-through
  • Clean professional reputation in PI community

No PI or pain experience = not a fit.

Nice to Have


  • Existing attorney relationships
  • Imaging center or clinic marketing experience
  • RN, office manager, paralegal, or PI case manager background

  • Base salary: $50K–$70K (experience-based)
  • Performance bonuses ($20k - $30k)
