- Pay: $50,000–$70,000 base • $80,000–$100,000 On Target Earning (with Bonus Included)

What You’ll Do
- Build referral relationships with personal injury attorneys
- Set lunches, meetings, and introductions with the physician
- Travel across DFW to visit law firms and clinics
- Track daily visits, notes, and follow-ups in CRM
- Maintain existing referral relationships
- Reach out to out-of-market attorneys via phone or Zoom
Must-Haves
- Experience in personal injury or pain management
- Comfortable driving across DFW
- Strong computer and admin skills
- Organized daily tracking and follow-through
- Clean professional reputation in PI community
No PI or pain experience = not a fit.
Nice to Have
- Existing attorney relationships
- Imaging center or clinic marketing experience
- RN, office manager, paralegal, or PI case manager background
