Key Responsibilities:
1. Publisher Recruitment:
- Identify, source, and qualify publishers (content, social, media buyers, communities, cashback, and other distribution partners.) aligned with specific advertiser objectives and verticals.
- Match publishers to advertiser requirements (traffic source, audience, geography, content type, scale).
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential publishers.
2. Onboarding & Activation:
- Facilitate end-to-end onboarding of new publishers, ensuring fast time-to-first-click and first conversion.
- Educate publishers on Involve Asia tools, tracking, creatives, and campaign mechanics.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with Advertiser Solutions and Marketing to align recruitment priorities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from operational teams to senior leadership.
4. Performance Monitoring
- Track publisher performance metrics (clicks, conversions, GMV, EPC).
- Identify underperforming or high-potential publishers and recommend optimization actions.
- Share insights and feedback loops with internal teams to improve campaign outcomes.
5. Opportunity Identification & Engagement Growth
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities (exclusive partnerships, campaign pushes, special placements).
- Proactively deepen publisher engagement through campaigns, incentives, and strategic collaborations.
- Contribute ideas to improve publisher retention and long-term activity on the platform.
Candidate Profile:
