InvoiceCloud is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead complex product releases and commercial launches across our cloud-based billing and payments platform. Based in Hyderabad with a hybrid working model, this role orchestrates cross-functional launch execution across Product Management, Engineering, QA, Product Marketing, Go-to-Market, and Customer Success teams.This role operates as a launch leader and strategic connector, ensuring every release is aligned to customer needs, business priorities, and market impact.

The Product Marketing Manager is accountable for readiness, messaging clarity, internal enablement, and post-launch learning to ensure launches deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Defines and drives end-to-end launch strategy for product releases, aligning roadmap milestones to business priorities and customer outcomes.
  • Establishes structured launch planning frameworks, including workback plans, readiness criteria, and ownership across teams.
  • Connects market insight, customer feedback, and product strategy to shape launch positioning and long-term go-to-market effectiveness.
  • Develops scalable launch playbooks that improve consistency, efficiency, and execution quality across future releases.

  • Owns delivery of launches that achieve adoption, engagement, and customer impact targets.
  • Defines and tracks success metrics for launches, including adoption rates, usage patterns, and post-launch feedback.
  • Ensures launches meet quality, readiness, and timing expectations through disciplined execution.
  • Translates launch performance insights into actionable improvements for future releases.

Collaboration


  • Serves as the central point of coordination across Product, Engineering, QA, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Ensures cross-functional teams understand the customer problem, value proposition, and differentiation behind each release.
  • Facilitates alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies to reduce friction and execution risk.
  • Incorporates feedback from pilots, customer interactions, and internal stakeholders into launch planning and refinement.

Communication Skills


  • Translates complex technical updates into clear, compelling, value-driven narratives for internal and external audiences.
  • Owns internal enablement assets including release notes, FAQs, messaging guides, and readiness documentation.
  • Communicates launch progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Leverages automation and AI-enabled tools to streamline content creation, feedback analysis, and launch reporting.

Requirements


  • 13+ years of total professional experience
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, or product operations within a SaaS environment
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional product launches from scoping through go-to-market execution
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product delivery to customer and business outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences
  • Experience influencing and aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management tools; familiarity with Pendo is a plus
  • Experience running structured feedback loops such as win/loss analysis, post-launch reviews, or customer advisory programs
  • Domain experience in payments, utilities, insurance, or customer information systems is preferred but not required
