Overview
Tonal is the industry leader in intelligent strength training, and our commitment to delivering an unparalleled fitness experience extends to our vast library of workout content that streams directly to our members' homes. We are looking for a bright and positive personality to keep coaches, producers and technicians on schedule and on task. It requires a confident, organized communicator who can keep shoots on track and proactively solve issues in a fast-paced environment. This role is managed by the Lead Director/Producer on the Content Team.
What You Will Do
- Oversee daily stage operations to ensure shoots run smoothly and on schedule
- Coordinate talent and production team movement, including call times, set arrivals, and transitions between shoot
- Communicate schedule changes or delays promptly to all relevant teams
- Prepare the stage each day by managing setup, breakdown, and cleaning
- Track and document shoot rundowns for post-production reference
- Flag and communicate any issues or discrepancies that arise during shoots
Who You Are
- A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to hold people accountable and keep the team on track
- You bring a positive, easygoing energy to teams, using humor and humility to build strong, collaborative relationships
- Exceptionally organized and focused, with the ability to help others stay on task in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with on-camera talent and understanding their unique needs on set
- Solutions-oriented - you bring problems forward with actionable ways to solve them
- Transparent and direct, keeping communication clear and honest across teams
- Production or talent professional with 2-3 years experience in a related field

- Professional experience in the fitness space is a plus
