Director of Business Development – LATAM
Preferred Location: Mexico City, MX or São Paulo, BrazilU.S. expat or U.S.-educated candidates encouraged to applyWe’re seeking a Director of Business Development, LATAM to drive regional growth, own revenue targets, and expand strategic partnerships across Latin America. This role is ideal for a U.S. expat or internationally experienced leader with deep LATAM market knowledge and a strong track record in education, EdTech, or digital learning solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and execute business development strategy across LATAM
- Own regional revenue targets and pipeline growth
- Build and manage key client, partner, and distributor relationships
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
- Partner cross-functionally to align growth initiatives with company goals
- Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates to executive leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years in business development or sales leadership
- Experience selling education programs or digital learning solutions in LATAM
- U.S. expat or U.S.-educated professional preferred
- Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese required
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic planning skills
- Experience working in cross-border, multicultural environments
