The Mission: NOC Analyst Responsibilities


As a NOC Analyst, you will be the eyes and ears of our IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum system uptime for our customers and partners worldwide.Your daily work will include:

  • Continuously monitor company networks, web, and critical systems health to proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Timely report and document failures and alerts, communicating effectively with internal teams for rapid resolution.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and install/update monitoring tools across various platforms using provided documentation.
  • Work seamlessly with enterprise-wide teams to solve complex problems and drive continuous system improvement.
  • Operate effectively within a 24/7 support setting, requiring flexibility for rotating night, weekend, or holiday shifts.

What We Require


  • Bilingual Communication: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential to collaborate effectively with our global teams.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a service desk or system administration role.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring platforms such as Data Dog, Azure Application Insights, or Nagios.
  • Proactive Skillset: Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work with conflicting priorities and deadlines, excellent time management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+ or Azure AZ-900 are a plus!
