By providing our suppliers and customers with streamlined services, they are able to focus on their core business.Tricon is seeking an HR Generalist to be based at Tricon's Mumbai office.Roles & Responsibilities:The role is to handle entire employee life cycle (entry to exit) and related HR activities:

  • Recruitment process sourcing , screening , campus recruitments.
  • Coordinate with the hiring needs of the management and assist the hiring of expert employees.
  • Conduct onboarding & Offboarding activities for employees.
  • Maintenance of leave records and monitoring on quarter basis on BambooHR
  • Plan and organize annual events and conduct employee engagement activities in the Mumbai office.
  • Maintain and create HR database.
  • Create and maintain employee records/files.
  • Track and maintain HR related vendor payments.
  • Annual medical insurance (GMC, GPA and GTL and Travel Insurance) renewal and processing employees claims case basis.
  • Conduct checks of the statutory compliance documents at the location on a quarterly basis to ensure compliances. Analyze findings and submit report to department head. Follow up on action taken against queries that arose in audit.
  • Assist with managing the training and development programmes across the organization.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
  • Assist in implementing new projects like training & development, performance management system etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR-related working with organisation of 100+ employees.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and follow-through skills
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with HRIS a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
