Scrum Master, SAP Team at DATAMAXIS

Overall, Min 8+ exp. Of which Min.3 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.

Proven experience working with SAP implementation/development teams (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Cloud Platform, ABAP, Fiori).Expert-level knowledge of Agile principles and deep understanding of the Scrum framework.Excellent servant leadership, facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

Direct SAP functional/technical experience is a strong asset.Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I), or equivalent certification is required.Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment (SAFe certification is a plus).

Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology and how Scrum integrates into it.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) specifically applied to SAP transport management.
