About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our growing team. This is a senior individual contributor/lead role, ideal for someone who is looking to grow in impact, scope, and responsibility. In this role, you’ll own the systems, processes, and data that drive predictable revenue growth - running steady-state RevOps functions, building new capabilities as we scale, and partnering closely with GTM leadership to improve execution, visibility, and performance. You'll be involved in board reporting and the financial operations of the business; anything that makes the business run.This role is well-suited for someone hands-on, highly analytical, and close to the business - someone who can both design a strategy and operationalize it effectively.You will report to the Head of Operations and Finance.
This position is based in-person in New York City.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with GTM teams to build & maintain new operational processes, both procedurally and technically (e.g. with CRM workflows).
- Support quota management, forecasting, pipeline hygiene, lead routing, and other core RevOps functions.
- Super-charge the sales team with training & materials - create and update SOPs, training materials, and process documentation.
- Build and monitor GTM metrics
- Lead board reporting and OKR development.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (Management Consulting, BizOps, GTM Strategy).
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and influence across teams.
- Experience in an early-stage startup (Seed–Series C) and comfort building processes from scratch.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, insurance, or B2B SaaS is helpful but not required. Interest in BizOps more broadly, and any growth/GTM engineering exposure is a plus.
- Strong, stable track record (average tenure of 2+ years).
- NYC-based or able to work from NYC
- (Preferably only) incl. 1–2+ years of RevOps experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS (e.g. familiar with territory design, quota management, metric creation, CRM management, and reporting)
