Position Purpose:
Review and evaluate new applicant submissions, to determine acceptability for leasing properties based on established guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and process rental applications for multi-state properties.
- Monitor key performance metrics to achieve individual and unit goals.
- Meet production goals while maintaining underwriting integrity and overall profitability of the product line.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Keep current on issues affecting the line of business.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements

:
- Proven knowledge of compliance issues and corporate guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze model data and make informed, calculated risk decisions.
- Strong computer skills (Excel | Word | Google Suite) with demonstrated high accuracy output.
- Strong problem solving, reasoning, and decision making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines.
- Ability to demonstrate planning and organizational skills.
