Role
As a PROJECT MANAGER (EPMO), you’ll report directly to the Director of Enterprise Project Management and play a key role in driving both strategic project execution and client onboarding success. You’ll guide projects through initiation, planning, execution, and closure, while ensuring seamless coordination across teams. At the same time, you’ll lead new client implementations in partnership with Sales and Relationship Management, helping deliver a high-quality onboarding experience that positions clients and our firm for long-term success.
Responsibilities
The essential responsibilities and duties for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Develop a strong understanding of IRALOGIX's products, services, and client needs.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and deadlines.
- Adapt quickly to evolving priorities and provide proactive course corrections to keep initiatives on track.
- Draft and maintain clear project documentation, including requirements, integration specifications, and setup processes.
- Monitor project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies where needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Relationship Management, Technology, and Operations to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Oversee client operations and administrative support throughout the client lifecycle, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Analyze operational data to inform agreements and servicing strategies; negotiate and implement requirements as needed.
- Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication, issue resolution, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Champion process improvements that enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and scalability.
- Track and report progress against milestones, leveraging both qualitative insights and quantitative metrics.
- Support leadership with executive-level updates, including clear presentations, data storytelling, and recommendations.

- Proven ability to lead projects from initiation through completion in cross-functional environments.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with keen attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of client onboarding and implementation processes, ideally in financial services.
- Experience working with separate accounts and commingled products, with a client-first mindset.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical details to non-technical stakeholders.
- Skilled at building relationships, influencing decision-makers, and navigating both internal and client organizations.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and propose actionable solutions.
- Experience collaborating with third-party vendors and partners.
- Track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in project management, client implementation, or related fields.
- PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
- Familiarity with securities, banking, or retirement account rules.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or otherwise eligible to work in the U.S.
