This role is ideal for an experienced Florida personal lines producer who wants consistency, autonomy, and room to grow their book.
Role Snapshot
- Role: Personal Lines Senior Sales Agent
- Location: Port St. Lucie, FL (onsite)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Compensation: $45–60k base + uncapped commission
- OTE: $80–85k+
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a strong personal sales pipeline
- Write and service Florida auto and homeowners policies
- Proactively generate new business through inbound, referral, and self-generated leads
- Assess client needs and present tailored coverage solutions
- Resolve underwriting and eligibility issues, including Citizens
- Move quickly — response times and follow-up matter
- Own the client experience from first contact through binding and handoff
- Track production and retention metrics and take accountability for results
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Property & Casualty license
- Experience writing Florida homeowners and auto
- Familiarity with Citizens
- Proven sales production in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable closing, following up, and building long-term client relationships
Nice-to-Have
- Non-standard auto experience
- Coaching or mentoring experience
- Spanish fluency
