Role Mandate
Build and ship agentic AI systems that run in production. You will work across data ingestion, processing, agents, and orchestration. You will own what you build.
Core Responsibilities
• Design and implement AI agents that operate across enterprise data and systems.• Build data pipelines for streaming and batch workloads.• Implement agent orchestration and supervision patterns.• Integrate AI systems into real customer environments.• Work directly with the CTO/CPO on platform evolution.• Debug production issues. No handoffs. No excuses.• Contribute to platform standards across reliability, security, and performance.
Technical Focus
Hands-on experience required with:• Python-based AI systems• LLM-based agents, RAG, and orchestration patterns• Streaming and event-driven systems• Data processing pipelines• APIs and system integration• Production debugging and optimisation
Nice to Have
• Exposure to OT, industrial systems, or regulated environments.• Experience with digital twins or semantic data models.• Comfort working close to customers and delivery teams.
