About The Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through technical and business challenges to implement cutting-edge solutions. You will work closely with our Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to design and deliver customized demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical guidance to showcase the value of our platform.

What You'll Do:


  • Collaborate with sales to understand customer pain points, current processes, and desired outcomes.
  • Showcase our solutions through tailored demos and presentations that align with client needs.
  • Configure and optimize workflows within our platform to demonstrate real-world use cases.
  • Assist customers with API integrations, Webhooks, and basic Python scripting to enhance automation.
  • Execute proof-of-concept initiatives to validate our platform’s fit for enterprise clients.
  • Assist in crafting compelling responses to customer requests for information.
  • Guide enterprise customers on leveraging our solutions to maximize efficiency and ROI.
  • Educate sales and customer success teams on best-in-class demonstrations and sales methodologies.

Who You Are:


  • 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or a related technical sales role in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience working with APIs and Webhooks.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-Level executives.
  • Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support processes.
  • Background in value-based selling methodologies.

Nice-to-Have:


  • Experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • Ability to automate business processes and understand complex technical architectures.
  • A passion for scaling sales processes and driving customer-centric solutions.
