The Role
You'll build the agentic intelligence behind SiteGuard.Your work will enable AI systems to:
- Understand live video from construction sites
- Decide when and how to act
- Control physical cameras autonomously
- Improve continuously based on feedback and data
This is a production role, focused on shipping systems that run 24/7 in the real world.
What You'll Do
- Design and build agentic AI systems that perceive, reason, and act
- Work with vision and multimodal models on live video
- Deploy AI into real-world, latency-constrained environments
- Own systems end-to-end: design → deployment → iteration
What We're Looking For
- Strong experience building production AI systems
- Solid Python + ML engineering background
- Experience with computer vision, multimodal models, or real-time systems
- Comfort working close to hardware and real-world constraints
Bonus (not required):
- Edge AI, robotics, or autonomous systems
- Video pipelines or camera systems
- Industrial or safety-critical environments
