We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Logistics Coordinator on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract,based in our Rotterdam office, with the possibility of extension depending on performance and business needs.We offer a hybrid-work schedule along with tremendous room for development within a growing team and company.Responsibilities

  • Track all movements and update Tricon systems.
  • Respond directly to customer inquiries and refer them to the appropriate channels.
  • Review sales orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Arrange regular and special distribution as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Operations teams to manage inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure prompt distribution movement.
  • Track, identify, and resolve distribution errors.
  • Create invoices for Tricon's clients and service providers.
  • Ensure the quality of all services provided meets Tricon standards.
  • Work with your team to improve processes, making the supply chain more efficient and organized.
  • Maintain up-to-date data in Tricon systems for all sales and distribution activities.
  • Collaborate closely with other Tricon departments.
  • Ensure all customers are known and accredited prior to shipment.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of product distribution in Europe (a plus)
  • Proficient in Incoterms 2022 (a plus)
  • Highly motivated self-starter with keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills with team members
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Analytical thinker and effective problem solver
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
