Reports dotted-line to the VP Global Marketing.
In your role, you will make an impact by….
- Pipeline and Revenue Accountability
- Pipeline Target Ownership: Directly accountable to the Regional VP of Sales for delivering a specific, commercially-agreed percentage of the regional sales pipeline (e.g., 30% of New Opportunities).
- Sales Alignment & Partnership: Serve as the strategic marketing partner to the Regional VP of Sales. Attend weekly sales meetings and monthly forecast calls to ensure marketing activities are directly supporting the sales cycle and revenue targets.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Identify key strategic accounts and hotel groups in the region and execute targeted, personalized ABM campaigns in partnership with regional sales leaders.
- Localized Campaign Execution
- Demand Generation: Design, manage, and execute localized, region-specific campaigns (landingpages, digital ads, email nurture, local PR) using the brand guidelines and core assets provided by Global Marketing.
- Field Events & Sponsorships: Own all regional trade shows, customer events, and proprietary webinars. Manage event logistics, drive attendance, and ensure aggressive lead follow-up with the sales team.
- Tailored Content: Create regional and adapt and translate global content (case studies, presentations) for local market relevance, including incorporating regional customer success stories and using local industry terminology.
- Budget, Performance & Market Insight
- Budget Discretion: Manage the regional marketing budget with clear authority to allocate funds for local media, events, and campaigns that best suit the regional market dynamics, while adhering to the dotted-line oversight of the VP Global Marketing.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on regional campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI to both the Regional VP of Sales and the VP Global Marketing.

You are a perfect fit, if you have…
- Professional Experience
- 10+ Years in B2B Marketing: With a minimum of 5 years in SaaS Field Marketing or Regional Marketing (leadership) specifically within Europe/EMEA.
- Hospitality Industry Expertise & Network: Deep understanding of the EMEA hospitality landscape. Knowledge of regional hotel dynamics is critical.
- Sub-Region Management: Proven experience managing marketing strategy across the "Big 3" European markets (UK, Germany, France) as well as emerging markets in the Middle East or Eastern Europe.
- Sales-Embedded Experience: Previous experience reporting into or working very closely with Sales leadership. Comfortable being measured on a Quota rather than just MQLs.

- Core Competencies
- Commercial Acumen: Think like a salesperson. You understand that "Brand Awareness" is only valuable if it eventually leads to Revenue.
- Cultural Agility: The ability to switch gears instantly—managing a pragmatic, data-heavy presentation for a German audience in the morning, and a relationship-based networking event for UK clients in the afternoon.
