Description
As a Business Analysis and Process Design (BAPD) Consultant, you will be advising, implementing, and supporting clients on large-scale and/or mission-critical business transformation efforts as part of Avaap's Organizational Transformation Services (OTS) practice.
Responsibilities Include
- Translate business processes into systematic flows and maps.
- Understand the business issues and data challenges of a client's organization and industry.
- Develop functional specifications and system design specifications for client engagements.
- Lead testing efforts.
- Assist in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules through project management.
- Assist in the facilitation of team and client meetings.
- Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
- Exhibit confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions

Pay Transparency
Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.• Base Salary Range is $87,000 to $117,500 plus 15% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.*During the interview process, alignment to level will be determined and should level differ from position applied for, a new compensation range will be provided for the appropriate role.
