Learn more at aboardhr.com.We’re a small, experienced team building Aboard with Rails 8, Ruby 3.4, and AI powered by ChatGPT.As Aboard grows, integrations are becoming a key part of our offering, connecting our customers to the tools they already use, like payroll systems, identity providers, and communication platforms.
What we’re looking for
- Experience building integrations and APIs using Ruby on Rails or Node.js Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation
- Strong communicator who enjoys talking to partners and customers — you'll be the bridge between technical and business needs
- Driven and self-directed, you take ownership of integration projects from specification to delivery
- Business-minded, you understand that great integrations aren't just about code, they're about enabling a seamless customer experience
- We trust you to take ownership, set your own goals, steer your initiatives, and deliver great work with minimal oversight
This is a hybrid role based in Stockholm or Linköping, with a few days per week in our offices.
What you’ll do
- Shape and build integrations with payroll systems, identity providers, communication tools, and other services our customers rely on.
- Improve the import experience, make it easier for customers and our CSM team to migrate data for a smooth onboarding
- Collaborate with partners, work directly with integration partners to understand their APIs and ensure reliable data flows
- Communicate with customers, in some cases, work directly with customers to understand their integration needs and troubleshoot issues
