Key Responsibilities


  • Design and execute analytical frameworks that connect people performance data with business results, including productivity, attrition, compensation efficiency, and return on investment.
  • Build, evolve, and maintain executive dashboards and performance reports that provide visibility into talent health, performance curves, and organizational trends.
  • Translate complex data into clear insights, business cases, and forward-looking projections to support strategic decisions related to growth, retention, and workforce optimization.
  • Analyze and model performance distribution, identifying opportunities to increase talent density and drive a higher proportion of top performers across the organization.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, Delivery, and leadership teams to align people strategies with business priorities and financial outcomes.
  • Provide performance intelligence to business units, supporting decisions around compensation composition, performance-based investments, and capability development.
  • Automate and continuously improve reporting and analytics processes to ensure data accuracy, scalability, and efficiency within the HR function.
  • Lead or co-lead cross-functional initiatives related to people performance, segmentation, capability mapping, and performance optimization.
  • Stay current on analytics methodologies, performance frameworks, and tools, applying a continuous learning and self-driven improvement mindset to the role.

Must-have Skills


  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, business analysis, people analytics, or data-enabled strategy roles, ideally within HR, consulting, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong background as a Business - Data Analyst or People Analytics focused professional, with the ability to manage, analyze, and interpret large and complex datasets related to people and performance.
  • Solid understanding of business performance indicators, organizational KPIs, ROI models, and how people data impacts financial and operational outcomes.
  • Proven experience working with HR data such as performance metrics, attrition, compensation structures, and workforce trends.
  • High level of ownership, proactiveness, and common sense when navigating ambiguity and translating data into decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to synthesize insights across multiple data sources.
  • Credibility and strong stakeholder management skills across HR, Finance, and business leadership.
  • Ability to work autonomously with data, build analyses end-to-end, and deliver value without reliance on engineering teams.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to move comfortably between high-level insights and hands-on execution.

Nice-to-have:


  • AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
  • Experience or formal training in data management, analytics, or Big Data concepts, including courses or certifications.
  • Familiarity with data and visualization tools such as Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar, with experience automating analyses or reports.
  • Experience implementing automation processes within HR analytics, reporting, or performance tracking.
  • Hands-on exposure to HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, BambooHR) and performance or feedback tools such as Lattice.
  • Background in economics, business administration, psychology, or data science.
