Key Outputs
• Investigate and ensure corrective actions for reasons why items end up in block stock• Perform bin audits daily after goods receipt of shipments • Perform stock counts (cycle, wall to wall /etc.) • Run reports to ascertain available bins and free up as required • Run reports and assign bins to stock without bin assignments • Assist with PoE audits by providing required evidence for areas of responsibility • Remove and dispose of parts as per service letter requirements • Daily open stock order management • Manage stock performance reports i.e.
lead time management, surplus management, Parts Availability barometer and stock accuracy reports
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Minimum requirement: Grade 12.• Qualification in Stock keeping, and stock control would be an advantage• 3 years relevant warehouse/inventory experience• Attention to detail• Problem solving skills• Analytical thinking skills• Verbal and written communication skills (incl. listening)• Applied business numeracy• Rule orientation • Assertiveness and customer responsiveness• Time and self-management• Business and financial acumen• Teamwork• Ethical behaviour
