Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Qualified artisan• Minimum 10 years dragline experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supervisory role• Experienced in the management of dragline shutdown work• Knowledge of Safety and MHSA requirements.• Basic management qualification would be beneficial - SDP or MDP• Knowledge of MS Projects and other MS Office programs, CRM, SAP will be an advantage• Good communication (written, verbal and presentation) and effective negotiation skills• Sound business and financial acumen and Knowledge• Ability to work independently, under pressure and meeting deadlines• Ability to show initiative by thinking creatively• Medically fit and able to obtain a Certificate of Fitness • Code EB drivers’ licence
