Vivrelle is redefining luxury consumption through a membership-based model that gives access to the world’s most coveted designer pieces. We are in a high-growth stage and looking for someone who can build, test and scale in real time.
We are excited to be looking for a Manager, Paid Channels who owns Vivrelle’s paid search and paid social end-to-end. This is a role with full ownership over channels. This role is for someone who can walk into an account and immediately see what’s broken, Has strong opinions on creative, targeting, and spend allocation and is comfortable moving quickly.

- You have independently run paid channels before
- You are comfortable being accountable for results — not just activity
- You move fast, course-correct quickly, and don’t need perfect information
- You are strategic and deeply hands-on (you still launch and optimize campaigns yourself)
- You bring energy, urgency, and confidence into conversations
About the day to day responsibilities...
- Full ownership of paid acquisition channels including Meta, Google (Search & YouTube), TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
- Strategy and execution: you decide what to test, what to scale, and what to kill
- Daily performance monitoring with clear accountability to CPA, ROAS, and volume targets
- Creative testing strategy in partnership with Creative and Social — you push, you prioritize, you decide
- Audience strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and lookalikes
- Clear, opinionated performance reporting and recommendations
Our ideal hire is someone who...
- Is obsessed with Vivrelle's business and customer
- 4+ years of hands on paid media experience in luxury DTC or membership business
- deep expertise and confidence with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and attribution tools
- Strong understanding of full-funnel performance and testing frameworks
- A self started who doesn't need to be told what tests to run
- Creative, scrappy and hungry to push through unicorn status growth
- A balance of strategic and execution
