Quality Assurance Intern

Position Summary:

Must-Have Qualifications (Education, Skills, Experience):

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in life sciences preferred or other related fields such as legal may be considered
• Interest in quality assurance in the biotechnology industry
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct research and interpret complex concepts
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports a variety of Quality Assurance (QA) activities, projects, and initiatives, including process improvement and harmonization, computerized systems validations, and document control
• Participates in supplier qualification activities, including follow-ups, downloading certificates, etc.
• General administrative activities such as scanning and filing of relevant QA documents
• Maintains databases for QA test methods and supplier data
• Compiles periodic quality metrics and assists in the development of associated presentation materials
• Provides support for members of the QA team at various sites (US and EU)

Compensation and Benefits:

• This is a “for credit” internship. The selected candidate will not be entitled to compensation, benefits, or paid time off.

Location and work hours:

• Hybrid – Ideally located in the Huntsville, AL or Newtown, PA area; Remote applicants will be considered
• Part-time – 5 to 20 hours per week during the Summer 2026 semester (to be discussed based on school schedule).
