Safety Manager (Construction) – Onsite

- Lead all safety efforts forone dedicated construction project
- Maintain a consistent onsite presence throughout the project
- Partner closely with the onsite superintendent and project leadership
- Enforce and model the company’s“Safety Always”culture
- Ensure full compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
- Perform routine jobsite safety audits, inspections, and walkthroughs
- Identify hazards, document findings inProcore, and implement corrective actions
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific EHS programs
- Provide real-time safety coaching to workers and supervisors
- Deliver hands-on safety training for cranes, fall protection, excavation, scaffolding, and heavy equipment
- Support incident investigations, reporting, and corrective action planning
- Build strong working relationships with union crews, trade partners, and field teams
What They're Looking ForMust Have:
- 1–3 years of construction or industrial safety experience
- Strong working knowledge of OSHA compliance
- Field-based safety oversight experience
- Ability to work directly with union crews and field leadership
Nice to Have:
- Safety-related degree or certification
- Experience on industrial or manufacturing projects
- Exposure to self-perform contractors
