Description


 As a key member of the BlueAlly Alliances team, the Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA) Specialist is responsible for guiding BlueAlly clients through the full Lifecycle of a Cisco Enterprise Agreement. This role ensures Clients receive a smooth activation experience, clear understanding of their EA entitlements, and proper access to Cisco Smart Accounts, Enterprise Agreement Workspace (EAWS), and Lifecycle resources.The Specialist acts as the central coordinator between the client, BlueAlly internal teams including the Account Executive, Solution Architect, Services Delivery and BlueAlly Smart Account Specialist.

They represent BlueAlly and interface with Cisco resources, to deliver consistent, high-quality Lifecycle experience that accelerates time-to-value for EA investments, upsell opportunities and renewals.

Responsibilities


  • Conduct internal alignment with BlueAlly account team and partner stakeholders.
  • Confirm EA onboarding scope, timelines, and Client priorities.
  • Coordinate scheduling of internal and Client kickoff meetings.
  • Prepare Client-specific onboarding materials and access requirements.
  • Lead or co-lead the EA onboarding session with the Client.
  • Walk clients through EA 3.0 program fundamentals, licensing structures, and consumption rules.
  • Review EA entitlement details included suites, service levels, and purchased add-ons.
  • Ensure Clients have proper Smart Account and Virtual Account access.
  • Demonstrate inventory management, license fulfillment, cloud provisioning, reporting features, and access/device management.
  • Educate Clients on EA lifecycle events (True Forward, value shift, renewal timelines).
  • Connect Clients with appropriate Cisco or BlueAlly resources for ongoing EA management.
  • Support technical teams around high-priority cloud provisioning or license activation steps.

Required Qualification & Skills


  • Client-facing communication 
  • Experience with Cisco licensing, Enterprise Agreements, or Software Lifecycle Management preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Cisco Smart Accounts, CSSM, EAWS, and EA program constructs.
  • Excellent cross-functional coordination 
  • Ability to translate complex licensing and entitlement concepts into simple, Client-friendly explanations.
  • Familiarity with Cisco CX roles and EA delivery motions, including PAS and Asset Manager functions.
  • Highly organized, with comfort managing multiple projects and readiness tasks simultaneously.
