This role is responsible for end-to-end technical delivery of projects, managing cross-functional engineering teams, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards. The role requires strong leadership, delivery governance, and stakeholder management capabilities in an Agile environment.Responsibilities• Understand business requirements and translate them into executable delivery plans.• Develop, review, and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.• Lead and manage multiple technical teams, including developers and technical analysts, to deliver banking systems and solutions.• Drive solution design discussions with vendors, architects, technology teams, and business stakeholders.• Ensure successful execution and technical delivery of projects in line with scope, schedule, and quality expectations.• Manage stakeholder relationships, including expectations, escalations, risks, and scope changes.• Partner with solution and enterprise architects to deliver innovative and scalable technical solutions.• Plan and oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance at supported release levels.• Identify, track, and mitigate delivery risks and issues, including operational and financial risks.• Drive testing strategies and manage SIT/UAT cycles to ensure timely resolution of critical and high-severity defects.• Coordinate delivery across business units and external partners to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.• Organize and lead governance meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and minutes.• Ensure all deliverables comply with bank policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.• Lead and manage offshore delivery squads, supporting day-to-day decision-making and conflict resolution.Requirements• 12+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably in corporate banking or cash management.• Strong experience in technical delivery, project management, and program management.• Proven experience leading teams of developers and technical professionals to deliver large-scale projects.• Solid understanding of full SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.• Experience delivering large, multi-interface enterprise applications.• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders across a complex organizational structure.• Strong presentation and documentation skills.• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage ambiguity.• Strong execution focus with the ability to drive issues to end-to-end closure.• Demonstrated initiative in issue identification and resolution.• Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on deliveryEducation• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.• PMP certification preferred, but not mandatoryCore Competencies• Leadership and people management• Delivery governance and execution excellence• Stakeholder and relationship management• Analytical thinking and problem-solving• Strong communication and presentation skills• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity• Integrity and accountability• Collaboration across cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
