The Admin and Recruitment Intern supports day-to-day HR and office administration activities, with a strong focus on recruitment coordination, documentation, and basic HR operations. The role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in HR, recruitment, and general administration.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment support: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers, interview schedules, and basic HR databases or files.
- Support onboarding activities by preparing documents, collecting pre-employment requirements, and assisting with orientation logistics.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, managing calendars, organizing files (digital and physical), and handling routine correspondence.
- Help coordinate internal meetings, interviews, and small HR events (e.g., job fairs, orientations, engagement activities).
- Assist in preparing simple HR reports, summaries, and presentations as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of employee and candidate information.
