25-619.B1 - Cash Analyst

Essential Job Responsibilities:

• Maintains log for royalty direct deposit requests, reviews the requests for completeness and enters the requests in Enertia
• Records monthly journal entries relating to cash management activity. 
• Prepares deposits for checks received in house.
• Prepares and uploads deposits into Enertia and attaches the images for the deposits.
• Responsible for filing and/or scanning departmental records.
• Performs monthly bank reconciliations for select bank accounts.
• Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
• Supports company vision and mission.
• Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
• Maintains employee confidence (bank information for ACH payments) and corporate assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential.
• Completes routine accounting assignments.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accurately solve problems and a working knowledge in data management including spreadsheet proficiency.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors and  other departments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in the use and application of the following software:
• Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year university or college with a degree in business or accounting, or equivalent experience.
