What you’ll learn in the academy:

• how to create a complete, production-ready website in Webflow • the fundamentals of layout, responsive design, and scalable site structure • building animations, micro-interactions, and smooth transitions • working with Webflow CMS to manage dynamic content • good usability practices, accessibility basics, and clean project organization • how to transform Figma designs into functional Webflow builds • how to communicate your ideas, present your work, and accept constructive feedback • how real product teams plan, collaborate, and deliver high-quality digital products • what skills and mindset you need to qualify for a paid internship at Povio

You’re a great fit if:

• you're a student or recent graduate curious about the digital industry • you have basic HTML/CSS knowledge and an interest in no-code tools • you enjoy visual creation, structure, and solving practical problems • you’re motivated to learn independently and explore AI tools for development • you have strong attention to detail and care about polished results • you communicate well in English and work well in a team • Nice to have: basic JavaScript, familiarity with Figma or similar tools, or experience with page builders (Webflow, Elementor, Framer)If you're looking for a supportive, hands-on program that helps you enter the IT world with real mentorship and industry-backed learning, this academy is the perfect first step.

The Academy begins in March, runs for 4 weeks, and takes place on-site in Maribor.
