What You’ll Do
- Prospect new commercial accounts through warm leads + networking
- Present simple, clear coverage options businesses understand
- Advise clients on risk and policy needs (trusted local advisor)
- Manage and grow an active commercial book
- Drive renewals and cross-sell with tight follow-up
- Use modern agency tools to cut busywork and close faster
- Partner with leadership on process fixes that reduce friction
Must-Haves
- Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 P&C license
- Commercial lines knowledge (auto, GL, workers’ comp)
- Comfort selling and building a book
- On-site daily in Plantation, FL
- Full-time availability Monday–Friday
