Job Title: Intern
Job Location: Huntsville, AL
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Intern to join our technology team. This position offers a broad introduction to the functions of an enterprise IT environment. The intern will gain hands-on experience by supporting various operational, development, and technical projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist with hardware/software setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance for internal users.
- Project Assistance: Support development and IT operations teams by contributing to coding tasks, testing, and documentation.
- Data & Documentation: Help prepare, organize, and analyze project-related data and maintain technical documentation and guides.
- Systems Monitoring: Assist in monitoring system performance and security logs under supervision.
- General IT Tasks: Participate in team meetings, track project progress, and perform administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth team operations.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems, networking fundamentals, and/or general programming concepts.
- Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
