- Manage$1–2 million/monthin AP transactions
- HandleAIA billingandlien releases
- Support generaloffice accounting functions
- UtilizeConstruction Partnerssoftware for AP processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate payments
✅ What We’re Looking For:Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of AP experience
- Prior exposure toconstruction accountingis highly preferred
- Familiarity withAIA billingand lien release workflows
- Self-sufficient and organized — can work with minimal training
- Comfortable workingonsitefull-time in Lorton, VA
- No degree required — we value experience over credentials
Nice to Have:
- Experience in theconstruction industry(commercial or residential)
